CATSchPlatformModeler Framework Modifications in V5R14

Entity	SP	Modification	To Do
CATSchPlatformModeler/Public/CATSchEventServices.h	GA	FHBD	Moved to CATSchPlatformInterfaces. Modification should have no impact but may exceptionally require to update IdentityCards and Imakefiles of client code. Removing references in IdentityCards and Imakefiles to the now useless CATSchPlatformModeler framework is recommended.
